The time is now! Ryan, Casey, and Mike Powell, together under Powell Lacrosse, seek to continue their individual and collective decades-long efforts to grow and share the game of lacrosse, work with youth players all over the world to improve their skills, and spark the same fire and love for the sport that they share.

Rhino Lacrosse, established in Portland, Oregon in 2005, and Casey Powell Lacrosse, established in 2008, have individually grown the sport tremendously and are now combining their efforts to make an even bigger impact on the game. All former Rhino and Casey Powell Lacrosse events, camps, and clinics will be operated by Powell Lacrosse, effective January 1, 2023.

Powell Lacrosse will operate over 35 camps nationally, both day camps and overnight camps, spanning the country from Portland, ME to Bend, OR. Powell Lacrosse takes great pride in their camps and every camper will have access to some of the game’s greatest players, coaches, and ambassadors along with a unique curriculum that creates an authentic and memorable experience to develop skills, build self-confidence, and form community with lacrosse.

Additionally, Powell Lacrosse will operate various tournaments and festivals, to include: The Great Upstate Snow Games (Saratoga, NY & Manlius, NY), the Upstate Lacrosse Festival (Auburn, NY), the Saratoga Shootout (Saratoga, NY in conjunction with Summit Lacrosse Ventures), Ellicottville Lacrosse Festival (Ellicottville, NY in conjunction with Mike Riorden), the Burning Stick Festival (Saratoga, NY), and additional SPEED Lacrosse Festivals in Philadelphia, PA, Sarasota, FL, and Chittenango, NY. 

The Powell USA national teams will build competitive teams with some of the most talented youth and high school athletes in the country to participate in 1-2 tournaments. The experience will also include a pre-event training camp to build team chemistry and on-field success. Powell USA national teams will be invitation only and will benefit from outstanding coaching along with an overall fun and rewarding experience on and off the field.  

2023 will offer Powell’s most ambitious and exciting events schedule to date, filled with one-of-a-kind experiences and led by some of the greatest players and instructors ever.
