Denver, CO – Summit Lacrosse Ventures (SLV) proudly announces that it has joined forces with the Colorado Youth Lacrosse Association (CYLA) to provide management support for the 2019 season. The CYLA was founded in 1990 as a volunteer-led community organization and has been a staple of the Colorado lacrosse community, serving youth and middle school boys, for nearly 30 years. The CYLA serves 20 Clubs, spanning the state - from Grand Junction to Aurora, Fort Collins to Pueblo, and multiple locations along the Front Range. In 2018, over 3,000 athletes participated in the CYLA.
April will mark the beginning of the CYLA’s 29th season, with teams U9-U15 competing across multiple levels and (8) regular season game weekends, to culminate in the 2019 CYLA Championship, which will be held June 1-2 at Stenger Sports Complex.
